STREAMS Scholarship Application Materials for the 2008/09
academic year will be available January 1, 2008

To be considered for Fall 2008, all scholarship application materials must be received by June 30, 2008. To receive full consideration, applicants should have their application for admission and financial aid submitted to USFSP at the time of applying for scholarship.

The following required application materials must be received by June 30, 2008:
Completed application form(.pdf) or online application;
Personal Statement;
College transcript or high school transcript;
Three letters of recommendation;
Evidence of citizenship or immigration status.
