Standards of Discipline - Standards for disciplinary actions

USFSP Office of the Ombudsman - This office promotes a positive community and collegial relationships and act as the primary liaison between USF SP and University Audit and Compliance.

University Regulations  - Statements that guide the conduct or action of constituents or the public, adopted by the university boards of trustees, that implements the University's powers and duties.

Counseling Center at USF SP - Short-term counseling to assist with a variety of personal-related problems.

Diversity and Equal Opportunity Office Complaints - This area is used to report allegations of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation.

Ethics Point - Employees may send an email to an anonymous information line for issues such as fiscal misconduct, conflicts of interest of other misconduct.  

FMLA - Family and Medical Leave Act - Link that provides you access to the University procedure and Federal Law.

Grievances - A grievance is filed when an employee believes that a term or condition of employment is unfair or a University rule has been wrongfully applied or there is a dispute concerning the interpretation or application of a specific provision within the collective bargaining agreement (only for contract grievances).   Please review the grievance procedure of the grievance type you wish to file to ensure that your concern falls within its purview.   Please note the specific timeframes for which you must file.

Hotline - Employee may call a telephone hotline (813) 974-8411 or 4-8411 from USF SP campus to report Whistleblower Act issues (fiscal misconduct, conflicts of interest or other misconduct).
