Center Programs

• Community Matters - Community Matters brings together faculty and community experts,alumni and other interested parties, to learn about community challenges and to discuss possible solutions and substantive actions.
  
  
• Hospice - This partnership encourages at-risk and disadvantaged high school youth to attend college to develop leadership knowledge and skills for personal growth, career development and community-building.
  
  
• Leadership Studies - USF St. Petersburg offers selected courses in Leadership Studies through the Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership. Currently, USF St. Petersburg offers SLS 2260, Leadership Fundamentals; SLS 3948, Community Leadership Practicum; and SLS 4274, Ethics and Power in Leadership.
  
  
• Omicron Delta Kappa - The members of our circle gain additional leadership experience through chapter activities and community service, and gain prestige that accompanies such an honor. They also develop an appreciation for the intrinsic rewards of service to others.
  
  
• Study Abroad - This program, sponsored by the Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership at USF St. Petersburg, will start with a flight to Athens, Greece, via London.  Students will spend four days in Greece before flying to Italy for four days in each of Florence and Rome.  Finally, students will spend a week in London before returning to Florida.
