Debbie Nye Sembler is a former marketing executive. She has been active in several civic and educational organizations, including the Florida Commission on the Status of Women Board, the All Children's Hospital Foundation Board, Tampa Bay Holocaust Museum, Shorecrest Preparatory School Parents' Association, Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services Advisory Committee, and the Temple Beth-el Board. She earned her B.A. in journalism from the University of Florida. She is a member of the USF Board of Trustees and her assignments include Health Sciences and University Engagement workgroups.

Larry Morgan is chief executive officer of M2K Holdings, LLC which owns and operates Toyota of Tampa Bay as well as the Morgan Auto Group, former owner and Chairman Emeritus of Morgan Tire & Auto, Inc. which owns and operates the national retail chain known as Tires Plus, Chairman of Highway Safety Devices, Inc., a member of Creative Mailbox Designs, LLC, and founder and member of the Board of Directors of Liberty Bank. Mr. Morgan serves on numerous boards, including SunTrust Bank, Morton Plant Mease Health Care, Inc., Morton Plant Hospital, Inc., BayCare Health Systems, Inc., Florida Council of Economic Education, Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am Champions’ Tour, and the local Chrysler Championship. He is also the Finance Committee Chairman of Morton Plant Hospital Association, Inc. He earned his B.S. in business administration from the University of Missouri.

Stephanie Goforth is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Strategists Manager for the West Coast of Florida for Northern Trust. She is based out of the downtown St. Petersburg office where she is responsible for managing all aspects of the region’s trust sales activities. With more than 24 years of trust, investment and banking experience, Ms. Goforth joined Northern Trust in 2005. She was most recently with Bank of America where she was a Senior Vice President, Private Client Advisor and City Executive responsible for all components of private client business in St. Petersburg. Prior to joining Bank of America in 1995, she worked with SunTrust Bank and First Florida Bank (Barnett Bank). Ms. Goforth earned her B. A. from the University of South Florida where she majored in business management. She holds the series 7, 6, 63 and 66 licenses and is a certified financial planner. She is a current board member and Treasurer of All Children’s Hospital Foundation, the CASA Board of Trustees, the Heros’ of St Petersburg Board and the St. Petersburg YMCA. She is also Past President of the Suncoaster’s-Festival of States Organization.

Bill Habermeyer is the former president and chief executive officer of Progress Energy Florida, Inc. Mr. Habermeyer joined Progress Energy in 1993 after a career in the U.S. Navy. He is the current chair of Tampa Bay Partnership. He also serves on the boards of Enterprise Florida, Inc., the Pinellas Education Foundation, the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the Suncoast Boys and Girls Clubs, the Florida Council on Economic Education,the Council for Educational Change, the Salvador Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and Raymond James Financial. He earned his B.A. at the U.S. Naval Academy and M.A. in public administration at George Washington University. |

Roy Binger is the Executive Vice President Retail Line of Business Manager for the Tampa Region as well as the City President of SunTrust Bank in St. Petersburg, Florida. Binger joined SunTrust Bank in December 2002 as City President and Area Manager for the South Pinellas Area.
Prior to joining SunTrust Banks, Mr. Binger served as Senior Vice President, Retail Group Executive for Huntington National Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. Previously, he served in the same capacity for Huntington Retail Banking division in Pinellas County, prior to SunTrust’s acquisition of that bank’s Florida operations in February 2002. Binger was the former President and CEO of Peoples Bank of Miami and served as Senior Vice President, Direct Loan Manager for Barnett Bank in Ft. Lauderdale.
He earned his M.B.A. in Finance at the University of Miami, and his undergraduate degree in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross in Worchester, Massachusetts.
Mr. Binger presently serves on several cultural and civic organizations in the St. Petersburg community. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Bayfront Health System as the Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Sub-Committee for Indigent Care Funding. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Fine Arts and is a member of their Finance Committee. He has served on the Devil Rays’ Board for the Ray of Hope Foundation as well as Vice Chair of the Economic Development Division for the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. In August 2005, he was named by the St. Petersburg Times as one of Florida’s “Movers and Shakers” to watch during 2005 due to his efforts in bringing a SunTrust branch to the Midtown area of St. Petersburg. Mr. Bringer won the prestigious Tampa Bay Business Journal Minority Business Person of the Year Award for 2006.
