Recruit-a-Bull for Employers
Overview

Recruit-a-Bull is an on-line job search system used by the Career Center that allows employers to post job listings, internships, Co-op positions, and volunteer opportunties along with searching student and alumni resumes. This is a FREE service to employers.

Once you have created an account in Recruit-a-Bull, you will be able to search for and view student and alumni resumes that match your hiring criteria. This service is available for full-time & part-time positions, co-op education, and internships. After viewing the resumes, you may call the candidates you are interested in interviewing to schedule a meeting at your work site.

Existing Users - Employer & Staff Log-in
New Users
  • Access website: www.myinterfase.com/stpt-usf/employer
  • Click on the link "Click here to register!"
  • Click "Can't Find Your Organization".
  • Complete all sections.
  • Click on the "Register" button.

Using Recruit-a-Bull
  • Enter user name and password and click "login."
  • Select "My Jobs" from the menu bar.
  • Click "New Job" on the submenu bar above.
  • Enter all fields that are applicable.
  • Click "Save."
  • Scroll Down to "Contact Information."
  • Verify that this is the correct contact for this job. (If not, click "Edit" at the top right corner of that section and make necessary changes. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.)
  • Scroll down to "Posting Information Record."
  • Select "Edit."
  • Enter all fields that are applicable.
  • Click "Save."
  • Enter username and password and click "login."
  • Select "My Jobs" from the menu bar.
  • Find job you wish to inactivate, click on the blue number on the left (Job ID).
  • Scroll down to "Posting Information."
  • Click on 'Edit' in upper right corner.
  • Scroll down to "Post End Date."
  • Type in current date.
  • Click "Save." 
  • Enter username and password and click "login."
  • Select "My Jobs" from the menu bar.
  • Find job you wish to inactivate, click on the blue number on the left (Job ID).
  • Scroll down to "Posting Information."
  • Click on 'Edit' in upper right corner.
  • Scroll down to "Post End Date."
  • Type in current date.
  • Click "Save." 
  • Enter user name and password and click "login."
  • Select "Student Search" from the menu bar.
  • Enter all fields that meet your hiring criteria.
  • Click the "Select All" button.
  • Check box marked "check to email packet to self."
  • Click the "Create packets" button.
  • Enter user name and password and click "login."
  • Select "Student Search" from the menu bar.
  • Enter all fields that meet your hiring criteria.
  • Click the "Select All" button.
  • Click the "Mass Email" button.
  • It will ask you to review the list of names and then click "continue."
  • Confirm that you will be emailing to X number of students and click "proceed."
  • The screen of the actual email where you can insert the subject and text will appear.
  • After you finish writing the email, click "Send Email."
  • Click on "My Profile."
  • Scroll down to "Contact Information."
  • Click on "Edit" on the right side.
  • Make changes and click "Save.
