Welcome from the Associate Dean for Graduate & Certificate Programs

On behalf of our faculty and staff I thank you for your interest in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.

Our nationally ranked and AACSB-accredited program is well recognized for preparing graduates for socially responsible business leadership in the global environment of the 21st Century.

We welcome students to our beautiful waterfront campus from diverse educational, cultural and business backgrounds.  We are the only program in Florida to offer MBA Essentials, an intensive program designed for students without a recent undergraduate degree in business. Successful completion of these sessions prepares students for the MBA Program with its innovative core classes, emphasizing functional skills in business administration.  In addition to the core, students gain advanced knowledge and expertise via concentrations in key areas of business such as: Finance, Marketing Strategy, Management, International Business, and more. Students with backgrounds in accounting may earn credits toward requirements for the CPA exam while choosing MBA concentrations in Forensic Accounting and/or Taxation.

An MBA from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg will prepare students for a lifetime of opportunities, not just their next jobs. We understand that the right preparation involves more than functional business knowledge.
