Computer & Hardware Repair

The SPRDAC Hardware Repair program at USF St. Petersburg provides an in-house source for convenient and economical computer repair service. Our experienced staff keeps up-to-date on the latest computer technology and repair methods. Below is a list of computer models that are eligible to be repaired or maintained by SPRDAC.

Desktops

  • Dell Optiplex GX240
  • Dell Optiplex GX260
  • Dell Optiplex GX270
  • Dell Optiplex GX280
  • Dell Optiplex GX620
  • Dell Optiplex 745
  • Dell Optiplex 755

Notebooks, Laptops

  • Dell Latitude C series
  • Dell Latitude D series

Departments with USFSP-owned computers (models listed above) and valid account numbers are eligible for repair services. USFSP-related organizations, such as auxiliaries and grants, with the models listed above are eligible for service. In addition, non-USFSP organizations that reside on campus and follow our hardware standards must have an account number approved by the Office of Campus Computing.

Please submit a service call through our online ticket system or call Campus Computing at (727) 873-HELP(4357) to schedule computer repair or maintenance service.
