In order to provide students, faculty and staff with the quickest service possible, Campus Computing uses an online ticket system for submitting service calls instantly. This is the quickest way to reach our staff for service. Staff members can assign those tickets to themselves and resolve them by phone, remote access (Share My PC) or in person, if needed.
Hours of Operation
Hours of operation may vary for holidays or extenuating circumstances.
- Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
Students may also get help through the student help line and lab information line at (727) 873-4551, or by visiting the lab assistant at the Bayboro computer lab. Faculty and staff may call our help line at (727) 873-HELP(4357).
Tampa Campus Services
USF community services, such as Blackboard, FAST, GEMS and OASIS, are available at USF St. Petersburg, but originate at the USF Tampa campus. Each of these services has their respective technical support and administrative department. Links and phone numbers to those departments are provided in our list of USF Tampa campus services. Please use that information for support calls regarding those services.
Auxiliaries & Grants
Auxiliaries and grants that reside on the USF St. Petersburg campus must print, fill out and send us a Service Request Form for assistance with computer or network services. The accountable officer for the auxiliary or grant will need to provide a billable account. Terms and conditions are listed on the form as is the contact information necessary for sending us the form.
