Share My PC

Share My PC is an interactive computer support service provided by Campus Computing. It allows users to temporarily share control of their computer with our support staff. Users must give permission from their computer (interactively) to our support staff to use this service.

Share My PC is powered by a remote access service appliance from Bomgar. The appliance generates a unique program download for every support session. After completing the support session, the program removes itself from the user's computer.

The appliance transparently provides secure remote access through personal and corporate networks. All Internet traffic passing through the appliance is encrypted and heavily compressed for data security and speedy processing.
