Employee File Storage

Faculty and staff members at USF St. Petersburg are designated file storage space on our file servers, commonly known around campus as the "P drive". The "P drive" shows up as a network, or mapped, drive in Windows Explorer. Campus departments also have file storage drives and folders (Q, R, S, T and U drives).

File Backup and Restoration

Both employee and departmental file storage drives are backed up on a nightly basis, in case of accidental file deletion, file corruption or server down-time. Faculty and staff members that need assistance with recovering files should submit a service call through our online ticket system, or call the Help Desk at (727) 873-HELP(4357).
