USF St. Petersburg opened its first student residence hall in 2006. It offers 95 suites within its seven-story complex. The building is right on campus, close to downtown cafes, entertainment venues, museums, shopping and only two blocks from the water and parks that line the Bayboro Harbor.

To receive your housing assignment in Residence Hall One for the 2008- 2009 school year, submit your housing pre-payment of $225 along with your housing contract to the Cashier’s Office as noted in the contract.
