No Monthly Bill! Students pay for the housing on a semester basis. There is no need to save up for a monthly rent, high speed internet access, basic phone service, gas, electricity, furniture, water, and extended basic cable. You do not have to worry about escalating utilities costs during the seasons.

It's Cheaper! You will not be able to find an all inclusive suite in downtown Saint Petersburg for the price that we offer. Our suites are fully furnished, all utilities are included, and we provide extended basic cable, and a local phone service.

Safety! We have Resident Assistants, and a professional staff member on call every night of the year. Our reception desk is staffed 24 hours 7 days a week. We have cameras on each of our interior and exit doors. Lastly our University of South Florida Saint Petersburg Police Department do community rounds in the building as well. We promote safety, and realize that safety is a basic need for students.

Get Involved! Student organizations, and leadership opportunities are at your fingertips. Organizations such as the Residence Hall Association, and Student Government welcome your participation. Also feel free to organize your own student organization.

You Are Responsible For You! You don't have to worry about the roommate that doesn't come up with their share of the rent, and utility bills. Your rent is your responsibility.
