Financial Aid Sources for International Students

International applicants are not eligible for U.S. government financial aid but may apply for other forms of aid such as scholarships and fellowships. 

USF St. Petersburg's Financial Aid and Veterans Services Office administers a list of scholarships for students who are intending to study overseas.  International students who wish to study in St. Petersburg are eligible for some of these scholarships.

• USF Graduate Fellowships - information from the Office of Graduate Studies, includes Foundation & Presidential Fellowship, Ann Winch Fellowship, etc.

• P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship For Women (PDF format, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0) for female, graduate international students studying in the U.S. and Canada.

• Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (PDF format, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0) list of available undergraduate scholarships

• East-West Center - scholarship information from the internationally recognized education and research organization that helps promote the establishment of a stable, peaceful and prosperous Asia Pacific community in which the United States is a natural, valued and leading partner.
