Benefits Open Enrollment Time

         The Clock is Ticking ...

Provided by Michele Holton

All benefit-eligible employees

should have received a letter

from the Florida Department

of Management Services regarding

this year's Open Enrollment.

Open Enrollment began Sept. 29

and runs through Oct. 24. All

changes effective Jan. 1, 2004.

The letter contains a User ID/

Employee ID number and instruc-

tions on how to create your  pass-

word. The website is located at

https://peoplefirst.myflorida.com

This is a new human resource

system that allows you to update

your benefits online. A package containing 2004 Benefits Open

Enrollment Information will be mail-

ed to your home in the near future.

The W-4 addresses used when mailing the Benefit Enrollment PINs were effective Aug. 23. Anyone who has made a change to his or her address since that time and has not received this information should contact the People First Service Center (1-866-663-4735) or go to Human Resources to fill out paper enrollment forms to enroll, change, or cancel their benefit electives.

If you have any questions please call Michele Holton at 3-4105.
