AM USF ST. PETERSBURG: BARNALI DIXON
“ My
mother was a professor of economics at the University of
Calcutta in India and I knew when grew
up I wanted to be just like her.” Barnali Dixon did
grow up following in her mother’s footsteps. For the
past three years as an Assistant Professor in the Environmental
Science Policy and Geography program, Barnali has taught courses
in Geographic Information Systems and conducts research on
how contaminates move from the surface to the ground waters
that end up in the bay and the gulf.
