Darryl Paulson is Professor
of Government and specializes in political parties and
elections, Florida and southern politics, and urban government.
He is the recipient of a National Teaching Fellowship from
the Department of Education and of three undergraduate
teaching awards from USF.

DRIVE NOW UNDERWAY RUNS UNTIL DEC. 16
The Annual FMRI Holiday Donation
Drive is now underway. The Drive benefits families rescued
by The Haven House of Clearwater (a shelter devoted to
the care and rehabilitation of victims of domestic violence).

As we approach December, the webmaster just wanted to send
a quick reminder of the Academic Affairs Web Site Design Contest. "We are getting close to the "show me the money" time… December
12, 2003 to be exact."

DONATIONS FOR THE HOMELESS A drive to collect non-perishable foods and personal hygiene
items is being conducted by students from Dr. Ritch's Leadership
Fundamentals classes. The drive will benefit the Homeless
Emergency Project in Clearwater. Drop-off boxes are located
in Davis Lobby, Bayboro Cafe, Bayboro Station, the CAC, and
by Student Affairs in BAY 111. The drive will continue into
December. Please help the less fortunate.
