Hands-On Learning in Elementary Schools
Two local elementary schools are visited by USF St. Petersburg psychology students daily. USFSP students aren’t there to psychoanalyze. They are reaching out to the community through Service Learning by mentoring, tutoring, observing and counseling children in need.

Lakeland CEO Announced
President Judy Genshaft announced Marshall Goodman, Ph.D., will serve as the new vice president and campus executive officer for USF Lakeland beginning May 15.

Do you know a USF alumnus who has excelled in business, community or campus service? Nominate him or her for a 2006 Pinellas County Distinguished Alumni Award. Self-nominations are strongly encouraged as well.

Clarifying Procedures Regarding Holidays
All full-time employees are granted holiday leave with pay based on the number of hours the employee is normally scheduled to work on that day, up to a maximum of twelve hours.
