Transfer & Returning Students

Summer and Fall Registration is now available!

College is an exciting and challenging time, and although you're already familiar with college life, USF St. Petersburg will be different from your previous college. Because we want you to be successful at USFSP, we require all new transfer students to attend a Transfer Orientation session.

At Transfer Orientation, you will have the opportunity to:

• Receive information about the many campus resources available to USFSP students
• Complete university business, such as getting your USF card or attending a Student Financial Aid session
• Learn how to use and navigate Blackboard and OASIS
• Connect with other transfer students who will be entering USFSP
• Become more familiar with campus

Here are the 1,2,3’s of USFSP Orientation:

1. Choose your orientation date and time by registering here. You will need to know your U number to complete the form. If you don't know your U number visit the FAQ Page for steps to locate your U number.
2. Call Academic Advising to schedule an appointment time to register for classes at 727-873-4511. Class registeration is done separate from orientation.
3. Complete and submit your Immunization Records prior to your Advising Appointment so that you will be able to register for classes.
4. Wait for your Orientation information letter to arrive via US mail about one week after completing the online form.
