Policies and Procedures

Appointment: An appointment is always needed for you to work with a tutor at our center.

Cancellation: To cancel an appointment, you will need to email us at academicsuccess@stpt.usf.edu at least 4 hours prior to your session. Missing or canceling at the last minute could result in the loss of appointment privileges for the semester.

Expectations: The primary aim of our services is to help you become more independent and effective students and learners. Our tutors or consultants will not write a paper or complete an assignment for you.

Files: Documents saved on computers are erased each day. The best way to import or save files is to use flash drives or email.

Paid Services: Non-USF St. Petersburg students will need to pay to use our services. To make a payment, go to https://diablo.forest.usf.edu/ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=60.

Printing: Printing at the front desk will be available only for tutors and students for their tutoring sessions.
